Introduction
Jay began life as a child. He seemed to grow up
rather normally; however, I noticed he developed, and even nurtured,
some unusual concepts. In time these ideas grew and evolved
into the word pictures you now have in your hands. If you buy
CONUNDRUM it would only encourage Jay to produce more of these
aberrations, which might eventually take form in another book.
The first book you buy
might circulate among friends, and possible even to some of their
friends. All the while these conundrums would be ever so
slightly altering your thoughts, attitudes and perceptions of the
world. Soon your friend's attitudes would change. A
sequel to this book would cause conundruming of more people's minds,
and if this trend continued it would conceivably effect the thought
processes of the entire free world. So please, think about
what you are doing. Do not turn the page. Do not read
any further. If you have already purchased the book, place in
aluminum foil, wrap it in plastic, and put it in the garbage.
Then take two aspirin, lie down and relax. You haven't caused
any harm yet and what I have just instructed you to do will be good
for the country.
